By accessing or using Integrilis, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked from the Integrilis website, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Cookie & Storage Notice.

If you use Integrilis on behalf of another person or organization, you are responsible for having authority to do so and for ensuring that the relevant users follow these terms.

Integrilis is an educational trading-simulation and deliberate-practice platform. It provides simulated trading workflows, checklist-based discipline tools, PRE and POST review workflows, journal context, replay references, Credit-based review access, and performance-intelligence surfaces.

Integrilis is designed to help users practice a decision process. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, professional advice, or a regulated financial service.

Integrilis does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, psychological advice, trading recommendations, investment research, brokerage services, order routing, custody, live market execution, or real-money execution.

Users are solely responsible for any real-world trading, investing, financial, tax, legal, or business decisions they make outside Integrilis.

Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and signing out on shared or untrusted devices.

Users may not share accounts, bypass access controls, probe private APIs, scrape the service, overload infrastructure, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected areas of the platform, misuse AI workflows, or use Integrilis for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Starter Gift provides 5 lifetime Credits as a one-time free grant and does not require a card. Starter Gift Credits are separate from ARC subscription Credits.

Integrilis ARC I provides 25 Credits per monthly billing period for $29.95, Integrilis ARC II provides 60 Credits per monthly billing period for $59.90, and Integrilis ARC III provides 150 Credits per monthly billing period for $119.

ARC subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. ARC Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and plan changes take effect in the next billing period. Integrilis does not offer a paid trial under the current commercial model.

Prices, taxes, payment methods, invoices, receipts, and final transaction details may also be presented by the payment provider or merchant of record during the applicable billing flow.

Refunds, cancellations, duplicate-charge requests, billing-error requests, chargebacks, and statutory consumer rights are handled according to applicable law and the policies and processes of the payment provider or merchant of record.

Integrilis does not publish a separate universal refund promise based on a fixed Credit-usage threshold. Canceling an ARC subscription stops future renewal at the applicable period boundary but does not by itself guarantee a refund of a charge already processed.

Integrilis may use historical market data, simulated scenarios, checklist responses, journal context, replay references, and AI-assisted review workflows to support training and review.

Market data, simulation behavior, AI output, review summaries, scores, and performance intelligence may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or different from real-world market conditions. Users must not treat them as instructions to place real trades.

Integrilis may use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, security checks, market-data sources, AI processing, payment processing, and operational infrastructure.

Third-party providers may change, fail, suspend, discontinue, or limit their services. Integrilis cannot guarantee the availability or conduct of third-party systems outside its direct control.

Integrilis, including its interface, training flows, checklist systems, review workflows, product logic, text, design, code, databases, scenario systems, and performance-intelligence surfaces, is protected by intellectual-property and other applicable rights.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the service for permitted use. Users may not copy, clone, resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create a competing commercial system from protected platform materials except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

Integrilis may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, quotas, providers, workflows, pricing, or access rules. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, security events, provider outages, operational issues, or technical failures.

Integrilis does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Integrilis is provided as educational software. It does not promise profitability, trading improvement, loss prevention, market opportunity identification, discipline improvement, or any financial result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Integrilis is not responsible for real-world trading or investment decisions made outside the platform. Any limitation or exclusion of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
