Integrilis may collect account identifiers such as name, email address, account status, authentication state, plan or entitlement information, verification status, password-reset records, and support or privacy request records.
Integrilis may also process training records, simulated session history, checklist answers, PRE and POST review records, journal entries, replay references, Credit balances, Credit usage records, AI usage records, and performance-intelligence records.
2. Security and operational information
Integrilis may process authentication logs, browser session state, device or network signals, IP-derived operational signals, abuse-prevention records, rate-limit records, audit logs, error records, and system-health records.
This information is used to secure the service, prevent abuse, investigate issues, maintain product integrity, and operate the platform.
3. How we use information
Integrilis uses information to provide the service, authenticate users, maintain training continuity, deliver review workflows, track Credit access, provide support, process billing and refund requests, improve reliability, investigate abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI-assisted review
Integrilis may use AI service providers to process prompts, scenario context, checklist data, journal context, market-data context, and training-review tasks. AI-assisted processing is used to generate educational review output and product workflow support.
Users should not submit passwords, broker credentials, payment-card data, private keys, seed phrases, sensitive identity documents, or unnecessary personal information into free-text training or support fields.
5. Payment information
Payments may be processed by authorized payment providers. Integrilis does not need to store full payment-card numbers to provide product access. Payment providers may process transaction details, billing information, payment method details, tax information, invoice data, refund records, and fraud-prevention signals according to their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Service providers
Integrilis may use service providers for hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, bot protection, AI processing, payment processing, market-data sources, monitoring, security, customer support, and operational tooling.
Service providers are used only as needed to operate, secure, support, or improve Integrilis.
7. Cookies and browser storage
Integrilis uses essential browser storage for session handling, authentication state, interface preferences, simulator state, selected panels, and training workflow continuity. More detail is available in the Cookie & Storage Notice.
8. Analytics and marketing tracking
Integrilis may use essential technical storage needed to operate the service. Non-essential analytics, advertising, retargeting, heatmaps, pixels, or behavioral tracking should be disclosed and controlled through appropriate consent mechanisms where required.
9. Data retention
Integrilis retains information for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve training continuity, maintain account and billing records, support users, secure the platform, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect product integrity.
10. Deletion and privacy requests
Users may request access, correction, deletion, account review, or other privacy assistance. Some records may be retained where needed for legal compliance, security, billing, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, audit, or product-integrity purposes.
11. International processing
Integrilis and its service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country. Users understand that privacy and data-protection rules may differ by jurisdiction.
